Stefan Dietze is a research group leader at the L3S Research Center of the Leibniz University Hanover, Germany, following previous positions at the Knowledge Media Institute (KMI) of The Open University (UK) and the Fraunhofer Institute for Software and Systems Engineering (ISST, now part of Fraunhofer FOKUS).

Stefan’s interests are in the fields of web & data science, artificial intelligence, semantic technologies and information retrieval, and in particular, the extraction, fusion and search of knowledge and data on the Web.
